Materials

Our materials encompass a range of products including display and lamp phosphors, polarizer film, anisotropic conductive film (ACF), glass-resin engineered materials for solder pallets and press platen insulation, cleanroom wipes, graphite powders and dispersions, ITO (indium tin oxide) sputtered films.

Equipment

Our main equipment product lines center on ACF processing equipment for FPD module assembly, including TAB, TCP, COG, COF, COB, and HSC bonding equipment in both constant heat and pulsed heat configurations. LCD repair equipment is a rapidly growing subsection of this business. We also sell laser direct-etching lines for touch panel manufacturing, solder inspection equipment, and custom display assembly equipment for LCD, OLED, FED, and Plasma devices.
